How to fight a depressing day ... without spending money or put weight on ;)

So, it's Friday, my boyfriend left yesterday and I am not going to see him for a few months :( which means I am in a depressed mood today, I don't want to get off bed. 
What makes girls happy? Shopping, food, chocolate... But I have a better idea to cheer me up a little bit and I won't spend money or put weight on lol! 
I am going to do a girly day, the goal is to do everything a girl likes to do at home ! 




    First of all, I will start with a little bit of exercise, yesterday I bought Zumba fitness for wii so that should keep me busy for a moment. 




 Second, I will go for a shower or even a nice bath using my Soap&Glory " Calm One Calm All " take care of my skin and do a nice body scrub and a nice organic hair mask  and then at the end I will body butter all my body, it needs it !  




Third, I will clean my face and do some organic masks to keep it healthy.



Then I will do my nails using my new Kiko nail polishes ( I will do a review on them later ).



And I think it will be time for me to cook for everyone tonight , ( I love cooking ) ! 






That's how I fight a depressed day, it's ideal to do with your friends when somoene needs comfort or just as a simple girly night ! I love it and it keeps us busy :)
